No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products once the order has been processed.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different items, colors, or designs.

We encourage you to review your cart carefully and read all product descriptions before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been dispatched.
  • To cancel, please email us at jashcorporation@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Transit Damage

In rare cases, products may get damaged during transit. If your parcel appears damaged, please record a full unboxing (opening) video clearly showing the issue.

  • An opening video is mandatory to process any replacement or support request.
  • Send the video and details to jashcorporation@gmail.com.
  • If confirmed, we’ll replace the item immediately.

Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to assist with damage-related claims.

We will review each case individually to ensure you are taken care of.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable or in approved exceptional cases.
  • Refunds are credited within 4–10 working days via the original payment method (depending on your bank’s timeline).
